Honestly, processing firewood I use a bahco laplander for sawing limbs it would really be for splitting wood but watching some reviews the blade length on the hultafors is longer and a heavier head so i think there would be less work involved in doing that. But knowing this i still can not make...
Hi folks, I am looking some advice in choosing between a Cold Steel Trail Hawk or a Hultafors trekking axe. I like the tomahawk for being lighter and being able to change handle easier and the look to be honest but i have read alot better reviews about the hultafors trekking axe.
lol Dusty you never know i might just kick with the other foot as some would say. I'm not that sort of person i couldn't care whos who if they are not harming me, are there any good spots over there for a one nighter ?
Hey i'm new to the forum and relatively new to bushcraft although I have picked up a lot in a short space of time. I think the missus has heard enough of how i spent my Saturday in a forest hunting for resinous firewood lol. I look forward to learning new things and hearing of peoples experiences :D
