Hello all, I have really enjoyed reading the posts on this forum over the years and have posted very few comments in response but have decide that bushcraft is not for me anymore and am selling up my entire collection of kit. I'll start with the bigger expensive items, then the small stuff...

I was out at the weekend with my bushcraft buddy (My 63 year old uncle) and he says he has bought me a present which turns out to be a Helle Eggen. I'll just have to get out more and start using it.

I use the Chris Caine Tool. Heavy and great for chopping and just about fits on a trouser belt.

This passaround has gone very quiet. Any reason ?

I own one of the Trueways tools (Orange handle) and I've been very impressed with it so far. I'm going to compare it with a Chris Caine tool on Wednesday so I'll let you know.

I'm having a Honey Stove and Zebra billy as they have both just arrived in the post this morning. They have been sent to Santa though before I get the chance to have a play with them !!

This lens has never let me down, even in very difficult lighting. I can't say I ever used it for macro - sorry !!
