I have got another book on hornworking. (I believe now I have pretty much everything published in English on this subject, though I am not sure)
It is called Working in Plastic, Bone, Amber and Horn.
I have never really thought much about amber...its soft and easy to work. I have an amber necklace belonging to my mother which was brought back from Russia. (She never wore it and I cant say its me either) I fancy a try.
Anyhow, if anyone has bits of the stuff I am sure I can find you something, -or bring it to the Moot.
