Uploading files - word docs

I want to share a couple of word docs I designed today, how do I go about attaching them to a post? doesn't seem to have an option.

I have 2 files, one is 52KB and the other is 56KB

Can you attach a PDF - much better format to share them in as they can't be (easily) edited

I can't attach anything ATM. The idea is the files are easily edited. I'll try and get a jpeg of each file so you get the idea.
