Trekking pole

    ok here goes landed a nice piece of birch branch at the local meet (courtesy of John Fenna) which has now been stripped off all bark and sanded even carved a Celtic pattern just below the hand grip looking good so far tomorrow I will stain it
    Rather annoyed tho I had to use a block plain and swiss knife seeing as my Spokeshave has "disappeared"

    Pics going up tomorrow. I've got a few to put up different projects I'm working on so it'll be pic heavy
    Still working on scanning my old travel and wildlife pics. (converting 35mm negatives to Digital getting me a digital DSLR 60x zoom. camera for the wildlife the Minolta X370s is too much faffin around
