Silva 4/54 compass

I have one of these in excellent as new condition for trade

Not got anything specific in mind but on my wishlist are

Wenger or Nunyth Tohil lighter http://www.survivaldepot.co.uk/product/numyth_tohil
DD 3x3 or bigger tarp
Vegtanned leather
lightweight one man tents not gelert solo I have one already
WYG no knives lights packs or cooking stuff required

I am away out for a couple of nights but PM if you are interested me and I will be back on Saturday night
I will say that if any one has one of the lighters and are willing to trade then this compass is theirs

just a question as the 4/54 and the 54 are two entirely different compasses ie the one in the amazon link is the model 54 prismatic compass the 4/54 is the baseplate compass just wanted to be sure which one it was cheers GB

Your thread title compass is different to your amazon linked compass. So I guess hes wanting to confirm which one it is you have .....imo .

Hi the type 4/54 is a simple baseplate compass. the type 54 has a prismatic system which uses a prism to create an optical illusion and sort of works like a plastimo hand bearing/ sailing compass. hope that helps. just wondered which one it was you had
