i usually get around 17 seconds
He he, the question is, were you patient and waited the allotted time? 
I've had a look and I can't see why it did that, try again for me and let me know if you would.
20 sec's seems to work well for most people, it goes by quite fast and it's only usually frustrating if no results are returned and you want to get on with another search straight away.

He he. I didn't have a choice - I had to wait. I only had it that day and not since. Works fine today.
