Yes, NEVER boil the wine. The Alcohol boils away fast!

In Sweden where Alcohol is costly, we do not warm it above 70C.


Btw, that knife I see on the chimney stock, what is it?

Honest answer Janne is that nobody knows. Its certainly an old knife. Probably North African Bone & gold coloured metal (gold? Copper?) handle, carbon steel, hand cut fuller. Its a very, very old mystery. Singteck made the lovely sheath before he went back to Malaysia 15 years ago.
