HPG - Tarahumara Pack

Hi Guys,

Selling off one of these packs for those who are interested. Specs of which can be found listed here http://www.hillpeoplegear.com/Products/tabid/762/ProductID/8/Default.aspx

The Pack's colour is Ranger Green (However a note below on that- Please read on.)


Item has been used on three outings and is a surprisingly comfortable pack on the shoulders, its listed pretty much as a daypack/hunting-pack however i've been able to stow plenty of gear to the outside of it to add to its capacity. In the time i've had it, I neatly removed the logo (Sorry Hill People Gear I just though it looked a bit funky.) and tried to dye it a darker colour, which turned the main body of the pack into a slight darker tone of green.
Besides that, the pack is in excellent condition, the stitching is top notch and has not come undone or frayed and the material is still as robust as it was when I had it shipped.

As far as I'm aware this pack is only available from Hill People Gear's Website in America, (or Ebay if you're lucky) and retails at $125.00 +$40 for overseas shipping. And then I got nailed with a £30.00 customs charge to allow entry in the UK. (Yikes!)


So I'm selling for £100 all in, shipping included.

If anyone wants any images or detailed photo's of the pack and it's shoulder harness I'll do my best to provide. Other than that, thanks for showing an interest.

Hi JohnnyB, I've tried getting some shots of the pack, even threw in a video.

Best quality I can manage I'm afraid, a photographer or video director I am not

I also used the bungee sinch at the bottom to attach a large bath towel for reference. You could have a bed roll, blanket or sleep mat in there for example.

If you or anyone else has any questions about the bag please feel free to ask, despite being a small pack you can actually attach a LOT of gear to the outside of it, more often than not I used to make a game of it, to see what I could lash on there next. It got to the point I was taking the mick out of the bag by what I could add on...

The shoulder straps are also detachable, so you could use the main compartment of the bag as an internal divider or luggage compartment on a larger bag (60-80L bags) and store the straps in there, and assemble it as a daypack on site once you've gotten settled.

Thank you for taking the time to do this. I'm going to look into the pack a little more as I have a feeling it's going to be a little too small for my needs.
