Hi everyone,

Those horrible things that sting you when you leave the confines of the house...yeah...you can get your own back by stealing their nutrients.

Nettles are full of vitamins and minerals and hopefully the next time you see a big patch of them you won't think...ouch...but rather...YUM!

Plus, nettle tea tastes pretty great :)

Anyone got any extra tips on the subject?

Cheers,

Brook

If you want to get all the vitamins from the nettles, eat the nettles themselves too, as well as drinking the tea, as most of the vitamins will still be in the nettles themselves. If you're just wanting the nettles for the tea, then this video is fine - but you won't be getting all the benefits. I'm not entirely sure if they're palatable though - I've never tasted nettles or nettle tea.
