here is my gift, very chuffed with it but have spent around 2 hours trying to fit it together and still have no idea!

i imagine it must fit together something like this?

The straights are the legs... the bolts go through hole in the short section of the L pieces then you tighten it all together.

The pin goes through the hole that's in the long section of the L pieces. It's just visible in the top picture on the left and centre pieces. Its design is to provide support for smaller pots.

wait scrap what i said before! i see what you mean now, i need to take the screws out and put them in the bent bits. ah of course. its because it arrived assembled the way it is so i didnt think of taking it all apart and changing it up. thanks

Yes, some folk like Dreadhead are extremely good at their craft but that doesn't matter, it's not a competition or anything. It's more about you trying your best to make something for someone.

As long as you made it, its all good. Rachael got a bow drill set this year, Which was basically some sticks and string. Yet she is very happy with it.

is be dead chuffed with a beech spork. after all a little modification and you can end up with a beech spoon and some matchsticks
