Can i delete a thread i've started?

Morning all,

Is it possible for me to delete Swap and member classified threads i've started?
I've have a good search for the answer, and i found i could go to Edit on my OP then delete?
Tried this and it looks like i do not have the rights to do it? I can edit my own posts but thats it.
Do i need to get a Mod to do it?

Only Mods and Admin have the power to delete threads and posts.

About all you can do is delete the contents but the thread will still be there.
