I'm only over in Camberley so not far and with a keen six year old to tag along too lol

Not sure where you're moving from but you'll love it here, there are hundreds of small public woods to play in and thousands and thousands of acres of pine and birch wood mixed with heathland (all MoD land so certain rules apply) that are open to the public to play in :)

Yeah, it's really nice around there... dead jealous.

Yer, we had a great day up there on Wednesday (despite forgetting the coffee and having to force down yucky tea....good call on the hot milk though :) ) .....stick a couple of the photos I sent you up here to show what the woods are like if you like? I don't do photo posting or I'd stick them up myself :)

Brilliant, VMT bambodoggy. Glad to hear there are lots of places to go, I could probably help bluff the way with MOD types😀.

Some nice photos too squidders, looks like a great time.

We've been offered a house in Aldershot (did have the chance of Camberley but didn't fancy the commute) and still due down there in early May. Got a map of the local areas, have you anywhere specific?

Looking forward to meeting up and getting out.

No, not really.....I tend to use the area between Deepcut and Pirbright as it's literally outside my backdoor....but over your way there's Longmoor and Tweezledown that would be good to go to. Just look on the map and if it's MoD land and doesn't have red DANGER marks written over it....then it can be accessed :)
