I have seen George with one of these at several BCUK Moots and meets, they are an awesome bit of kit, flexible enough to do all kinds of cooking with. I'm so chuffed I have identified and located them and can do a group buy to boot!
The lid can be easily chain hung from a tripod and used as a frying pan or flipped to use as a griddle, brilliant. The bottom is a Dutch bake oven and Potjie pot, the lid holds coals really easily on its frying side due to its slightly concave nature and side handles. It is just the right size for a family or small group. It has a 5 litre capacity and weighs 9.5kg.
Did I say I thought it was awesome?! Blows a Dutchy out of the water.
Oh and it is fully coated in an excellent strong bombproof black vitrous enamel so no rusting, it is easy to use and clean.
