Well I'm back home, worn out and weary but happy I managed to complete the course

As for how much I lost it wasn't that much as I thought it would be The total weight loss is.... 2.6 kg which means Bushcraft_lad's guess of 2.5kg is the nearest answer.

Foraging wise we did ok.
