Yeah they're great! For some reason I particularly love the second and penultimate ones..

It was in the hedge of a field, if that's any help. Yeah it's fairly small, and I was inclined towards maple too, but I thought the bottom lobes weren't large enough. Is it possible these are just early leaves not fully grown yet? I'll take some more photos when I'm home again on Friday..

They're just.. I don't know - I can appreciate they're comfortable and practical definitely, but then, they're all gross and plastic and they have holes in them - what's with that! And it really bugs me the way they have crocs which are fur-lined for winter, and yet they still have holes in...

I'm afraid I hate them so much I even wrote an article in the school magazine about how much I hate them :rolleyes: (I'd been forced into the editorial team so it was compulsory to do something :p)

I'd be REALLY interested, although my gap year doesn't start until next year :( Want to put off yours until then? :D You could maybe look out for people going on gap years though - there must be some sort of gappy organisation thing where people talk about where they want to go etc..

I snapped the tip off of my Mora clipper *oops*.. I'm not going to tell you how I did it because you'll then all tell me off for bad knife behaviour! I noticed exactly the same problem a couple of days ago, and I also got a blister on the side of my thumb holding the knife :eek: Thanks for the advice everyone and thanks for asking the question pentrekeeper :p
