    Emergency dental course?

just some bullet points; The number 1 cause of tooth decay in kids is... their parents. No blame, the education for parents is simply not there and is still not there. Dentists are Surgeons which is why they use the Mr/Mrs/Ms/Miss title rather than Doctor. They do extra training to be...

    Emergency dental course?

Mrs Chainsaw is a dentist and has been training dentists for about 15 years. She laughed and shook her head but gave it some thought. You wont be able to pull a tooth without anaesthetic or 4 large burly men. She's seen a 'little girl' push a rugby playing student across the room when he...

Building a sheath for this particular knife - question

I tried a couple of options for a Boat Knife style blade which isn't 100 miles away. First one was a friction fit belt sheath. Was very deep as needed to grab the top of the handle and so the lanyard came in useful. Note the extra stitching to make it tighter. 2nd one was for living in...

Brambles, masses of beautifully ripe and sweet brambles

Think we got a little under 2.5kg. We were finding the sunny side of the path were all past but the shadey side were perfect, slower to ripen so bigger and juicier! So now I'm going to get some toast and jelly... :)

Brambles, masses of beautifully ripe and sweet brambles

We had a bumper crop this year, so much so that we made bramble jelly and apple and bramble jam at the weekend. Nothing too imaginative I'm afraid but I love bramble jelly and it saves me buying any jam for the next year!
