I know someone with gallstones who has chosen to live with it rather than undergo surgery. She just keeps fat (saturated in particular) saturated fat to a minimum, and eat fairly healthily. It's rare that she has any issues... No idea why she doesn't want the surgery/treatment, but there you go.

A Puma (although they are smaller) is another RAF one that I regularly get flying near me, I live right next to a RAF helicopter base. It's usually either a Chinook, Puma or Merlin as mentioned above.
