    Feuerhand Lantern Instructions wanted

What makes you think that the instruction manual for this particular model will be any different to the 275/276 etc Basically the same design, just extra globes and the sturmkappe? Or is it just a vintage versin of the instructions you are after?

What does it have in its Walletsies ?

Friends had settled up for some tickets I'd bought, but that's what was "currently" in it, it does fluctuate, rarely less than £40, sometimes a couple of hundred. I'm still a firm believer in cash is king though and it is a very rare occasion I leave the house without any.

Again same problem as tree surgeons, not really interested in the small amount I require or prepared to sort the individual species, ie Pear, Apple, Cherry, Mulberry etc

    Fruit wood for spoon carving.

Have tried the 'local ' tree surgeons, they weren't very helpful or interested in supplying the small amount or various types that I want. :(

    Fruit wood for spoon carving.

Looking to source various fruit woods for spoon carving. I'm very much a beginner, living in an urban area and not requiring huge amounts and sourcing decent green wood to practice on is proving somewhat difficult. Any hints or tips gratefully received.

    What are you growing?

French breakfast radishes, Red spring onions, mixed lettuce leaves, strawberries, chilli peppers and some fennel. Not that organised this year as I'm still re-doing the garden but at least I've got something in.

    What are you preserving?

I make a rhubarb, stem ginger and vodka relish, which goes great with cooked meats or cheeses. It started off as a by-product of making some rhubarb vodka and then wondering what to do with the rhubarb once it had finished steeping in the vodka ;)
