    UCO candle lanterns - any good???

    I have one and find it brilliant, nice natural light that goes for 9 hrs, so you have at least a couple of nights light before bed time. In a tent they do produce some heat too. I love mine and take it on every nightly outing I do. They collapse down nice too. ferrol

    Most are about 150KG or above. DD Hammocks are rated to 150KG anyway. You should be fine though, unless your an average American :p (sorry couldn't resist) ferrol

    Hayfever here as well, am blessed being reactive to both Grass and tree. Oh and I'm not clever with Wheat or Dairy too. A good life :D I did read somewhere that drinking birch sap did help slightly, think I didn't drink enough of it, ironic really, loving the outdoors but allergic to it...

    When am outdoors I've always spent maybe just a day or 2 out. Question is how do you keep yourself clean outdoors? I know of sauna's with hot rocks, even bathing in a river. But I was looking for a simpler easy way. What do you people do? wipe down, solar shower, wet wipes? thanks ferrol
