    Outhaus

Many items on the outlays website seem to be unavailable. I recently bought a canvas tarp from them but their product line seems to be reducing. Does anyone have any info about this company. Is it just a stock issue or are they changing their product line.

    water bottles and water

ive seen a few things warning of leching of chemicals in water from the water bottles. BPA beig the most prevalent one mentioned. it is really an issue if the water is only in the bottle for short periods (ie 48 hours)

    Tarp tie out points

I just got a new tarp and it is the first one I have had that does not have brass eyelets. It only has sewn in webbing tie out points. will a single loop of paracord start to cut through this over time or are they plenty strong enough. how to you attach paracord to a loop like this?

Bushcraft tools that could be classed as weapons?

police do have powers to deal with incidents that fall short of a full prosecution and involvement of the CPS. They may confiscate items or issue a police caution. But I get your point

Bushcraft tools that could be classed as weapons?

Up until now I have avoided travelling with axes or larger knifes preferring to processes fire wood at home and packing the wood rather than the tools. But for longer trips I would need to carry the tools

Bushcraft tools that could be classed as weapons?

Yes You would hope so. I guess I am worrying too much. But I do have a job that requires ongoing criminal records checks so it is important to me that I stay the right side of the law and I don’t get caught out for something silly

Bushcraft tools that could be classed as weapons?

I am very sorry but it is irrelevant what you did as a kid because carrying a knife was not a criminal offence back then. And to all the ninja's who can take out a whole army with a paper clip that is also irrelevant. Just because you can kill someone with a rock, some medieval tool or any...

Bushcraft tools that could be classed as weapons?

Stupid laws indeed. They are put inplace for well intentioned reasons but criminals tend not to care for the law. It only seems restrict thoes that want to stay lawfull

Bushcraft tools that could be classed as weapons?

yes you can use anything as a weapon but it does not become a weapon untill you threaten someone with it. but that is not true for a knife. any fixed blade knife is illegal to carry without having a genuine reason for having it in your posesion. But that genuine reason is subject to the...
