    thanks, yes just a simple vine pattern. iv got some hawthorne that i cut a few years ago that i wanted to use for the scales, its got some nice grain and colour in it, i wanted to use a handle material local to me that id cut myself.

    thanks yes its oily, the best way to get a good bond with the epoxy is to clean it with thinners then soak the glue side with acetone just before applying the epoxy and the epoxy gets drawn in for a better bond

    I dont like or often take commissions but made an exception for this one 6 1/4" blade in 5mm 80crv2 with olive wood scales. the olive wood scales arnt book matched but the customer gave the ok. hope you like it
