    Cheers Toddy. The double layers aren't a problem. When I cut the ripstop pieces out, I cut the same out in the fleece, overlaid the fleece over each of the pieces and then sewed all the edges together, a couple of mm from the edge. Kev

    It's coming on.... Just added the other sleeve, Velcro wrist fasteners and also done the collar and zip - zip turned out easier than I thought. Just the kangaroo pouch and pockets to do and also the side double zips.
