I too had a rather unfortunate run in with a Gransfors Bruks SFA. Managed to sever the tendon in my left index finger. Had to have the tendon stitched back up, daresay my mother was not pleased. My rather dashing splint. The cut itself. Still got 3 weeks left in the splint, woohoo!

From looking at that image it seems like one of the screws may just have been loose, not Heinnie Haynes fault, more than likely the manufacturers. Just my thoughts. Aside from that, I've had excellent service from Heinnie Haynes, extremely fast delivery and brilliant customer service.
