    Agree with that just get out more!! with that in mind we're up on the lakeland fells sunday for an overnighter, round wasdale area. Also get the kids out more doing similar (need to warm up first though!!) got some good child friendly backpacking routes sorted, and finally to use the hammock...

    they are a bit different arent they, had a look at them on you tube too. they actually seem to cast ok, dont know about playing a fish with it. Great for the canoe or backpacking where the small size helps.... yet another thing that i quite fancy!!!! this forum can sure hurt your pocket :0)

    Well done most impressed... like the pyro work reminds me when i made one out of some filed down aluminium (I know not really bushcrafty.. :)) worked a treat but hurt like hell if it hit you, should have dulled the edge a bit!!! dont think i thought that one through!

    First 2012 wander in the fells..

    Wanted to go up it for a while now, love it round crummock and buttermere (crummocks good for a paddle too especially finishing it of with a paddle down the river back to the car park!). It is a cracking little walk and the eldest didn't mind too much!!

    Weather forecast for the weekend gone was looking just too good so pack packed and of for a wander up Melbreak. Great day out and some fantastic views.. Was just great to get out and blow the cobwebs off!!!

    Nothing else matters on the cello that sounds really nice.... Reminds me when we were over in yorkshire and someone was paying a small harp next to the fire, the sounds wafting on the breeze was very special indeed. For me its creep, anarchy in the uk, phsyco killer...on the ukeulele...
