    I use the Alpine butterfly, its my fave as its so useful and soquick and easy. But I do like the Highwaymans Hitch for a quick release strong hammock knot.

    Making paper with fungi

    You are ment to be able to make it with birch polypore but its so tough you cant cut it that thinly. You could dry the entire bracket then try and cut it.:confused:, and its used for blotting paper aswell.

    Some good spoons there. The things with teenagers are, don't patronise them and trust them. You'll get a whole lot further ( I know this as I'm one myself). And its these people you teach who wont be carrying knives Nice Work :D
