    Cheap Evernew Titanium kit

I use mine on every trip, it's great although the lack of simmer cover is a bit annoying, but the ability to stash everything inside a small titanium cup is great, quite small for wood burning, but tried it couple of times as wood burner and it performs really well. Besides it's titanium, just...

Hey guys, Sorry to ask here, but I thought I would re-use this thread instead of creating another one - also can;t find any info so here it goes. Daysack/Camera backpack

I would go with 5.11 Moab 10, Sling, easy to "rotate" so you don;t have to take it of your back, plenty of storage pockets, the only downside is the MIL look tho, but you can get different colours other than Olive drab:) S

    Alpkit Heads Up.

I've got mytipot and to be honest don't like the pan/lid handle, the wire handle don't have 'stoppers' on on the wire ends and usually you'll end up removing it from sockets rather than fold/unfold, but this could be done on your own so no biggie, just a lil' bit of diy i guess:)

50L Molle Rucksack, with attachments. At a good price!

I believe I had one of those packs in the past, I think 20-something Liter version. It was broken after first hike:) most of the parts just falling apart thanks to very loose stitching, not very comfortable on your back too.

Show us your bow drill sets!

absolutely agree with you, here in Scotland, it's almost always raining, everything is damp and so etimes finding anything that's relatively semi-dey is almost impossible, it's a great skill to have but in our location it is almost 90% useless. Having said that I'm drying elder and rowan at the...

Trangia stand quick tip(small diameter cups)

Even tho I like the Trangia stand it's just sooooo annoying that you can't use it with small diameter cups(see below) I have tried using nails, wires etc - but didn't like the outcome, but then few weeks ago I was changing my windscreen wipers and thought that the "wire" used to support the...
