Depends what you want to do/be seen. I often overnight down by a canal were one side isn't accessable easily and is blocked off so there's no through route. Hardly ever get a visit but can see people on tow path but can move away if I don't want to be seen. Not far from you over in widnes

You can buy directly from the manufactures if you buy in bulk (boxes of ten) then it keeps the postage bown. One box of ten by courier is the same in postage as two individuals

Samsung tocco lites go very cheap,I use one as my back up phone (the number I give customers so I don't work on my days off). Battery gives me over a week not used much though. And has all the functions you'll need.think they're 3g
