Please note it is very bad form to rummage around and take any material from the sites.....this removes archaeological evidence from a very important archaeological site, which is much better left in situ.......the more we further knowledge, the greater knowledge we can gain, so you may be removing evidence that future generations could benefit from, and that could tell us more about the neolithic. Enjoy the outdoors, make your own replica stone age axes, go practice bushcraft, but please don't damage an archaeological site....in the same way that you wouldn't want to see a particular environment, woodland, habitat or species damaged.
