Yorkshire wild campsites/spots

Evening all!!!

Since a friend of mine moved to lincs from Newcastle we've been trying to find a site or location sympathetic to our bushcraft, open fire (always controlled and appropriate) and hammock needs, I've tried numerous sites and drawn a blank so far!! We aren't trying to usurp anyone's perm and of course camp on a leave no trace basis. It would be three of us and we pay our way, I would be hugely grateful for any help!!

I think you'll find people are keeping quiet because they want to keep their wild campsites private

Of course that's fine, it's more the organised sites or official campsites. I'm not looking to pinch a perm! Haha

Ya best off firing a few emails off or ringing them, see if there suitable for hammock camping.
