Not really a traditional craft as used stainless screws for strength but thought I would share one of my woodland projects.
In the woods I look after I have built some handrails utilising hazel coppiced back in October, certainly helps me get up and down the steps and local walkers enjoy the work in the woods.
Last one (first images) were built today, great way to spend a Sunday.
The seat at the bottom of the last images was made from an old oak stump that had bee laying at the bottom of the steps for years, that was fun getting it upright with rope and tackle.
