Great vids, thanks for posting. Many years ago I worked for a butcher who every year for a wealthy customer would bone out a chicken but unlike this vid the out side was intact, very impressive to watch it was too

Has to be very fresh for this to work in my experience, just shot. Certainly no good if it's very cold either.
