Hi all,
I am making myfirst sheath and have done a pancake type thing with the leather. I wetted the two sides and held them together over the knife with some bulldog clips. It has left some indentations and discoulouring.
Are there any recommended cramps or methods for this job?
Something like a mini bessy clamp?

I use the same method as Dreadhead. Simple and effective and gives you a reason to keep so many scraps of leather lying around the place!

If you have a vacuum food sealer you can put the whole shebang inside one of the bags and vacuum seal it which works. Be sure to cover the sheath with some flat poly bag, otherwise you'll vacuum seal the bag design on to your sheath as well.
