We're flying into Lukla then heading up via Namche, Tengoche, Pheriche , Lobuche and Gorak shep, more keen on heading up Kala Patar than basecamp itself ( which I imagine is just a rocky field right now). There and back we are reckoning on 16 days including acclimatisaton days.
Any tips you can pass on will be gratefully received. We will be staying in lodges not tents . How hard did you find the trekking itself? Also, where did you stay in Kathmandu? I could ask thousands of questions to be honest.
