    Additional Observation: I am ex-CDN Forces SFF/Airborne, NCO and yes I have 'commanded' patrols and small units. Enlisted men can and do 'command as circumstances and situations warrant. Officers seem to be quite scarce when there is work to do or bullets are cracking by.
