An excellent question. The big hook drives me nuts and the windshield always hits the deck! Great stove but lousy stealth equipment! :-D Does anyone know why it's designed this way or is there an extra part that you get only if you're in the Swedish military??

I'm a cold sleeper too. I've nested sleeping bags in the past (Vango Ultralights not Snugpacks) and to be honest I don't think it made a jot of difference! I haven't yet found a sleeping bag that keeps me warm! I've got a silk liner too. And a thermarest. I just find that sleeping...

The kit I use doesn't shine! I am hopeless at cleaning my kit. There's probably loads of things I'm supposed to do to my knives but I never do. Just a sharpen every now and then (and more often than not that's done on the kitchen steel! :naughty:) I do clothes in Nikwax every so often...

It's been a hard few weeks. I'm very sorry that young Scott is gone. I was quite fond of him actually. It's been a tough decision to ban him that I can tell you wasn't reached easily. We gave him every chance but he hasn't helped himself either with some of the things that he's done and...
