    2 sets of answers - first wordy and slightly 'on message' A typical scout is... a well rounded individual, more 'switched on' than others of their age. Someone joins the scouts to... have fun and learn. Scouting is.. a worldwide movement to make good citizens. Other answers more light hearted...

    I have seen this in a knot book, suggested for same purpose and called the turquoise turtle. I use it on slippy laces
