Not sure if this is the right place or not, but had to post this.

Would just like to publicly thank Kevin for his generous offer of putting my family up for the night last Friday.

Just to give you the full picture, I was retuning from my holiday in Cornwall last Friday and had planned to pop in to the shop for a quick visit and pick up a couple of things in the passing before completing my 500 mile trip home. When we were in the shop my son overheard a road report on the radio announcing the closure of the M5 in both directions. Not sure where the m5 was closed I asked Kevin if he had heard anything, which he hadn't, but without a moments hesitation he offered me and my family a bed for the night at his place rather than sitting in a traffic jam, fortunately I managed to avoid the jam and continued on my way home, but thank you for the offer.
The rest of my clan would also like to thank you for the use of the facilities while I browsed the store...

Now that's what I call great customer service.

Thanks again Kevin.

Cheers
Jfw

Kevin is a top bloke, and his customer service is second to none.

If I was nearer to Exeter I would be a much more regular customer than I am.

Guys, that's not good customer service (of which we all know Kev abounds of), it just makes him a very nice chap. goodjob

Well that's true, but most of us know him as a man who runs a business, and the positive feedback certainly doesn't do his business reputation any harm.

Regardless, it was a really generous offer and he deserves the praise he is getting for it.

Not the first time an Endicott has done a good turn, his old man was a rare one for it. Good family that.
