Now I've seen this done by many people and I did once find a tutorial on how to do it. But I've just spent 30 mins hunting a searching but can't find it.

what I would like to do is put a link into my copy and rename it. Any clues?

just testing to see if my thoughts worked <a href="<a href="url">Link text</a>">Link text</a>

Do you mean you want to do a link within a word like this

All I do is select the word I want to convert to a link, highlight it then click on the add link icon and drop the link in the appropriate space then click ok

Don't use the standard HTML syntax (<a> </a>) - use BB code. I would try and post some but it just interprets it as such
