your house!
I currently have Raikeys bowl adze residing with me so thought I would have a pop at making a mask for it, I first tried the pattern out in a paper mock up, then once a little adjustment was made to lengthen the strap over the head I went straight to leather,

At this stage all I had done was to cut out the top and cut a stitch groooooove, a welt and the piece under the blade, then bent to fit the curve of the blade and glued with impact adhesive,

then I used the stitch marking wheel to mark out the holes to be stuck with the awl, then STUCK EM!

and stitched using saddle stich,

then cut a hole for and fitted a sam brown stud tested for fit and then cut the hole and slot it will push into,

and that's it, I don't have any dyes so that will have to wait:D

It needs a bit of a clean up here and there,

Ive used the "Kiwi Revive" stuff before for an antiqued finish, that works quite well as it has a dye in it.

Stitching looks a bit rubbish,

i would have prefferred a snap instead of the Sam Browne stud too,..

make it the same colour as my SFA mask

i suppose i will have to thank you at some point , but i'd like to have a closer look at it first before i commit to the effort of thanks,

dont think for a moment your "craftmanship" warrants any form of payment above a mumbled thank you.
