loads for kids and family to see and do.

i will be there demonstarting friction firelighting with the bow drill,

to give you an idea what it's like last year these are some of the other attractions:

The Norfolk county councill has some Dr who props which the kids will love!

Have you or the stall been there in past years? I've been going for quite a few, and I admit I've missed out the section with the archery etc. I wasn't going to go, because it's usually the same every year but I might come visit you!

[edit] Scrap that - exams on those days! :aargh4: . Have fun though.

Biddlesby, yup Woodland survival skills has been there the last two years i started working for them last year!

i'm pretty sure "ye olde" crafts have always been there i always remember them as a child.

if you come in the Norwich end entrance(near longwater est.) where i am is the exact oposite end! head for the big pine trees, in the distance!
the woods can look empty from the front! but theres all sorts of bushcrafty stuff!

My boss usually has a simple green canvas tarp over a wooden tressle table, last year we had a teepee type tent next to us.

if you get lost ask where the fire demo is everyone local will know!

top tips for the Norfolk show!

take a packed lunch...and a packed tea! i always get hungary!

take more drink than you think you'll need (camel backs are a great idea!)

take waterproof shoes(it's been like the somme some years), sun hat, camera, flask of tea/coffee for a much cheaper caffine fix!

do take money though there are cash machines! you will find bargains!
there are huge camping shop stalls etc.

sorry to hear you can't come Snufkin,

biddlesby come over and have a cuppa.
