I've got 10m x 1m (18mm square holes) nylon netting if anyone is interested in a swap?

Not sure if anyone has a use for such a thing

I've used it for hide netting / camouflage suit netting and 'anti-cat' fencing.
Could be used for bird netting / rabbit netting or fishing net or something I've not thought about.

This stuff isn't like the green garden netting, it's MUCH stronger. Black in colour.

would it be strong enough for a hammock??

what's the string thickness?

Dom.

Duno. It expensive stuff.
I would guess it would be as it is strong but thread wise not that thick.

para cord breaking strain is around 550lb, thinner cord of a simular type would also be quite strong, i guess the best thing is to test it with weights.

the US army used to issue a Multi-purpose net (simular discription) which could be used as a hammock. other options are that you could use it to keep gear of the ground, or as a cache.
