the main pouch is 10-6-2 inches and i can't remember what tipe of leather i used it was from a side of leather i got from tandy leathercraft some years ago still using it up,it is a heavy grade pre dyed and oiled.

Love the fasteners, what are they, buffalo horn? How did you make them?

the fasteners are buffalo tied on with kangeroo thonging,i used a dremill craft drill to shape them and the whoosit on the front.
