Shelter on Stob Binnein

A very windy day- too windy to road or MTB bike, so an old fav. Stob Binnein.

But very windy at the ridge. So had a lunch stop at the first summit and sat out of the wind. Shaky hands for the camera though.

Some sea kayakers joined me on the hill, others from there group braved the winds.

Well that area is only 25mins from Stirling. It's a wee remote glen called
the 'Braes o' Balqhuidder' . You pass the Grave of Rob Roy MCgregor.

You don't need to tavel far for scenery. Get up here in May, best month for the hills.
