Thanks for the validation, guys. I guess I've always thought it some pretty nice country.

It is a lot like Scandinavia, and it is an early spring. Kinda worried about a dry year.

Torjus: It is wild rice and that amount, with a little meat and onions or celery, would give you two helpings.
