I know what I did last night

I got in from work after a ****ty day, threw some ratpacks, a book and a few necessaries into a daysack and sat beside Burrator Reservoir on Dartmoor. Drank tea, had a surprisingly nice Pork Casserole, watched a kingfisher and wondered what type of fish were jumping. Next time, stay later bring fishing kit!

I'm not very inventive so I take the easy route and buy ratpacks, I'm sad enough to enjoy them

Plenty wrong with rations: Treacle track pad, fruit dumplings in cat vomit, beans and streakiest bacon known to man to name but three!

Sounds nice scoman, I often do that sort of thing in a quiet spot on Portland or at the top of Abbottsbury hill. Good chill out time with a rat pack, coffee and a smoke, watch some very colourfull birds ( surprising the colours girls wear for hiking nowadays ).

Nice start to a weekend.
