Looking for a Guide that was written by an Ex-Pat Shooter who moved to France.
Its quite a long shot but does anyone remember it? Its was advertised in GunMart magazine and I'm having a devil of a time in trying to locate it. It was basically a walk through and explanation of what you could and could not shoot in France , the hoops and criteria one need to jump through , all of the stipulations and associated quagmire of red tape.
If anyone remembers it or can point me in the right direction I'd appreciate it terribly.
