Hi,
I've been looking through older posts featuring the DD Jura mk2, eg Sandbag47's excellent review, and I wonder if anyone's had more recent experience or can comment on the long term resilience of the bag.
I'm after a bag that can be bashed about but won't fall apart. I'd like the "standard" 3 season rating. I'd prefer a central zip. I can't afford a Carinthia bag. I will be carrying it for backpacking trips as well as car camping. I usually tarp or hammock with Scouts and DofE groups, so I'm wary of risking my nice, expensive down bag that I keep for use in tents and non-fire/smoke-filled events.
Will the DD Jura meet my requirements?
Over to you, folks.
All the best.
