I was taking a walk in the woods today and came across these and was wondering if anybody here knows what they are ?

Bushcrafter (boy, I've got a lot to say!)
They are probably both wood mushroom agaricus silvacola. The ring on the stem isn't very big and the bottom one has a yellow staining to the cap. However unless you are confedant you can tell the differance in smell of the poisonous yellow stainer [iodine] and a wood mushroom[aniseed] don't take my word for it.

It could also be agaricus essetti [type of wood mushromm more common with pines]
