    Nice idea. I might try that out on mine. I'm also relatively new to tarp, but already find that each time I put it up I use a different configuration so I don't have the ridge line attached. I had the guylines attached, but more often than not they're in the way, so they came off too, until...

    Hi all. Got back in to scouting in the last year (kids are all scouts now), which has got me back outdoors more, and reignited my interest in all things outdoors-y. Lots of great advice on this forum. Hopefully I can contribute a bit, and not just have loads of noob questions. Cormac.
